The rules for hosting, joining, and getting paid.

The short version
PRESNT connects a host who is live with one guest who pays to talk to them. We take 10%, pass processing through at cost, and pay you the rest. You are responsible for what you do on a call; we are responsible for the service working and for the money moving correctly.

Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to host or to join a call, and you must complete age and identity verification before you can be paid. Accounts that fail verification cannot receive money.
Payments and payouts
- Payment is authorised when a guest pays and captured when the call connects.
- If a call does not connect, the authorisation is released and nothing is charged.
- PRESNT's fee is 10% of the amount charged. Payment processing fees are passed through at cost.
- Payouts are made to the account you verify, on the schedule shown in the app.
- Chargebacks and fraud are deducted from earnings where the loss is attributable to your account.
Conduct
You may not use PRESNT to break the law, to harass or threaten anyone, to involve anyone under 18 in any way, to record or distribute a call without the other person's consent, or to impersonate someone else. We can suspend or close an account for any of these, and we will do so before arguing about it.
Content policy
PRESNT is for one-to-one sessions with a subject — advice, coaching, lessons, reviews, questions answered. It may not be used for dating, or to sell personal company, time, access or attention as such. Sexual content, content involving minors, coercion, non-consent, or anything otherwise illegal is prohibited absolutely and is reported to the relevant authorities. Accounts used for prohibited content are closed without notice.
Refunds
Because payment is only captured once a call connects, most refund situations never arise. Where a call connected but something went genuinely wrong, contact support and we will look at it.
Termination
You can stop using PRESNT at any time. We can end your access if you break these terms. Earnings already owed to you are still paid out, less any amounts attributable to fraud or chargebacks.
Liability
PRESNT provides the platform. We do not supervise calls and we are not a party to what is agreed on one. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees we charged you.
