Questions, answered properly.

How paid one-to-one live calls work, what they cost, and what happens to the money.

How does PRESNT work?

You go live from the PRESNT camera and set a price and a length. PRESNT gives you one link. You share it wherever your audience already is. The first person to pay it joins you on a one-to-one video call for the block you set.

Does the person I'm calling need the app?

No. Guests pay and join entirely in their browser, on whatever phone or laptop they already have. Installing an app is never required to spend money with you.

Do I have to give out my phone number or email?

Not to each other. A PRESNT link carries your handle and nothing else, so the person who pays sees @yourhandle - no phone number, no email address, no real name unless you choose to use one. You see the display name they arrive with and what they paid, and nothing else about them. We ask a paying guest for an email so we can send them a receipt and so hosts can block someone who behaves badly; it is never shown to you, and it is never used to market to them.

Can the person I called contact me afterwards?

Only if you want them to. The call ends and the link is dead. There is no message thread, no contact card, and no way for them to reach you through PRESNT unless you share something yourself.

How much does PRESNT take?

Our fee is 10% of the price you set, and that is our entire revenue from a call. Card processing is paid by your guest on top of your price, at cost and never marked up. It never comes out of your side. You keep 90%.

When is my guest actually charged?

Payment is authorised the moment they pay, which is what lets you see a real, funded request. It is only captured once you accept and the video connects. Decline it, miss it, or let it time out, and the hold releases automatically.

What happens if I miss a call request?

Nothing is charged and nobody is out of pocket. This is deliberate: being charged for a call that never happened is the single most common complaint about every other paid-call product, and it cannot happen here.

Can more than one person join a call?

No. PRESNT is strictly one to one. Every link is single use — the first person to book it gets the session, and the link dies the moment they redeem it. You share a fresh link for the next caller.

Is there a queue?

No. There is no waiting room and no line. If someone taps a link that has already been used, it is simply over. Share another one when you are ready for the next person.

Can I extend a call?

Yes. In the last minute, a one-tap option to add five more minutes appears next to the countdown. It reuses the payment method already on file, so there is no second checkout.

Do I need a schedule or a profile page?

No. PRESNT has no calendar, no bookings, and no public profile to maintain. You go live when you are actually free, and the link carries everything your guest needs to know.

How do I get paid out?

You verify your identity once with our payment provider, and earnings are paid to your own account on a regular schedule. Every call and a running daily total are visible in the app.

What can I charge?

Anything from free upward — price it like any other session you would run. Free blocks are a genuinely good way to start — they give you practice and tell you what people actually want to ask.

Who can host on PRESNT?

Hosts must be 18 or over, because they are paid and our payment partner requires it. They verify their identity before their first payout. Every session has a subject, such as a lesson, a review or a consultation, and anything explicit or illegal is not allowed. The full rules are in our Terms.

Which countries can use PRESNT?

PRESNT launches in English with payouts wherever our payment provider supports verified accounts. Guests can pay from anywhere their card or wallet works.

What do I need to go live?

An iPhone running iOS 17 or later, a camera, and a connection good enough for video. Your guest needs a modern browser and nothing else.

Get paid for the next ten minutes.

Say what you are offering, share one link, and get paid when the session connects.
